Original oil painting on box canvas; 50cm x 20cm x 4cm (20 x 8 x 1.75 inches). When immediately-obvious subjects are
scarce, I like to create my own landscape and find vertical ones particularly interesting to do. This one is an inner-vision,
although elements of it such as the poppy-field have been taken from an observation last year, while on holiday.
