Flower and Landscape Paintings

When you buy an original painting, you can be sure that no-one else has the same thing on their wall...unless the artist is deliberately into low-cost mass-production. I only paint a particular image once...I may paint something similar but never identical. High-street shops are awash with prints on paper and canvas and, while they have their place, they cannot substitute for the uniqueness of hand-painting and the artist's own personal ideas. My aim is to provide that uniqueness. There are many roses, many poppies, many gardens, but many millions of ways to portray them; some realistic, some abstract, some highly imaginary.
Below you can browse through a variety of pastels, acrylic and oils on canvas, in styles varying from traditional to modern, and still life to landscape. There are also some more in the Archive section. Subjects include large single flowers, floral landscapes, flowers with sunset, close up studies, realistic images; and content will of course vary during the year. Popular flowers such as roses, poppies and lilies will make regular appearances. Remember that most pictures can be purchased via split-payment, on prior arrangement with myself.
