Morning Colours
Original acrylic painting on canvas board panel, 10" x 8" (25cm x 20cm). Unframed. The cloud formation is not an imaginary one, it has been worked from several photographs that I took last year (2007/8). The challenge in this small piece was to get the purplish-pink, shadowy clouds to form as a mist across the blue sky backdrop. Currently retained for framing and exhibition.
