Original acrylic painting on standard depth canvas, 30" x 12" x 0.75" depth (75cm x 30cm x 2cm). Unframed. Creamy white calla liles set on a vibrant background of deep blue-purple, with touches of yellow-green. The narrow format is well-suited to the flower and would suit a number of locations.
This painting was difficult to photograph, due to the extremes of contrast, making the bottom of the picture a little dark. This lower area is painted in deep transparent blue-purple and subtle dark greens, to form the leaves. See a Larger Image
