Pastel painting on Colourfix sanded paper; approx 15" x 11"; framed size 18" x 14". Balcary Bay is a well-kept secret, situated down a two-mile long road that ends in a narrow track and stoney entrance to the beach. The distant building is Balcary Tower, seen here at evening-time in mid-July, when the light levels remain fairly high till almost eleven at night.
